	The Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association announced the dates for the much-anticipated Sixth Annual Castleberry Hill Loft Tour, which will be held Saturday and Sunday, October 20 and 21. The tour has grown each year, welcoming more than 5,000 attendees in 2006 to the Landmark District to view the official tour lofts and stroll the city’s most cutting edge art galleries as well as visit the new shops and restaurants located in the neighborhood. Tour Times: Saturday, October 20, 11:00am -5:00pm Sunday, October 21, 12noon-5:00pm
WHAT:	Miller Gallman Developers, LLC & Castleberry Point presents the Sixth Annual Castleberry Hill Loft Tour - two days of an intimate look at urban living in a historic neighborhood. Attendees will be able to visit the eight lofts selected for this juried tour as well as partake in the local cuisine at some newly opened restaurants, peruse the neighborhood's acclaimed fine art galleries and enjoy several additional local shops and businesses The Loft Tour features homes of various styles and sizes decorated and designed with diverse tastes and budgets and will also include a model loft decorated with the help of a couple of Atlanta's top furniture galleries. WHO:	The Loft Tour is presented by the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association.
WHY:	Each year, the neighborhood association hosts the tour to raise money for aesthetic improvements. Tour-goers will get a glimpse of the street sign toppers, metalwork neighborhood sign, trash cans, 58 newly planted trees and neighborhood banners hanging throughout Castleberry Hill, that were the fruits of previous years' labors. The improvements and community atmosphere continue to draw new residents and businesses to the area, assuring new things to see and places to visit during each annual loft tour. Castleberry Hill is one neighborhood that gets better with age!
