Partner Biographies
S. Scott West, AIA Architect: Principal of West Architecture Studio, West is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has held a license to practice architecture in the state of Georgia for over 10 years. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and the architectural division of the famed Ecole des Beaux Arts school in Paris, France where he completed one year of intensive architectural training.
Starting his own practice in 1998, Scott completed his architectural apprenticeship at several architecture firms here in Atlanta, including a stint with a residential design/build firm, West has designed a multitude of commercial and residential projects in the Atlanta area including: The Paul Mitchell School at King Plow Arts Center, the Westside Shops at Howell Mill as well as numerous residential projects both contemporary and traditional up to $2.3 million in value.
Scarlett Lyda, Real Estate Consultant: Scarlett is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. The founder of Modern Residential Spaces, a company she created to specialize in the buying and selling of design-oriented lofts, condominiums, and single-family residences. Scarlett's prior experience as a residential mortgage broker gives her a well-rounded perspective on the residential real estate profession and allows her to provide her clients with an unparalleled level of knowledge and expertise.
